Creative Ways to Use Your Scones

We’ve seen our scones used in lots of ways and the only real limit is your imagination. Here are some great ideas to get you going!

The Breakfast Sconewich

The Breakfast Sconewich

(aka Breakfast of Champions)

Take a scone of your choice and cut it in half. Load it up with eggs, cheese, and bacon or chicken sausage. Viola! Breakfast of champions.

The Mini Sconewich

The Mini Sconewich

(aka Tea Anyone?)

Perfect for a light lunch when paired with soup or salad or a quick snack. Take a scone of your choice and cut it in half. Load it up the deli meat of your choice, aioli, cheese and a sprinkle of romaine lettuce. A flavorful addition not to be missed!

The Ice Cream Sconewich

The Ice Cream Sconewich

(aka Summer’s Here!)

You have to make these ahead of time but they are worth it. Get your favorite sconie (mini-scone) and freeze it for an hour. Cut it in half, stuff it with your favorite ice cream, wrap it in parchment paper, and then let it freeze for at least an hour. Unwrap and enjoy!

The Sconie Sundae

The Sconie Sundae

(aka Sweetness!)

Get a triple chocolate scone and cut it up into squares. Top it with your favorite vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate. For a real treat, repeat the sequence to create a second layer. Sprinkles optional. Cherry on top required. Yum!
