If I join your mailing list, what do you do with my information?
We respect your privacy. Any data collected will never be sold or shared. We use your email address or phone number to get in touch with you according to your preferences.
What are my shipping options?
We ship everything 2-day FedEx. All scones are individually packaged and shipped fresh to you or the recipient within 2 days. Tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment.
All orders are shipped Monday – Wednesday according to the following schedule UNLESS you have specified an arrival date:
- Orders received after 8 am EST on Sunday and prior to 8 am EST on Monday –> Ships Tuesday, arrives by Thursday
- Orders received between 8 am EST on Monday – 8 am EST Tuesday –> Ships Wednesday, arrives by Friday
- Orders received after 8 am EST on Tuesday, prior to 8 am EST on Saturday –> Ships the following Monday, arrival on the Wednesday that follows
- Orders received between Saturday 8 am and Sunday 8 am –> Ship either Monday or Tuesday, arrival two days after.
We do our best to get shipments out quickly. However, there are always foreseen circumstances that could delay shipments – weather, holidays, high-volume of orders, etc… Your patience is appreciated.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
For multiple shipping addresses you will need to simply place separate orders online. If you are placing a large order for many recipients (e.g., corporate customer orders, etc.), please contact us directly and we will process your order with more personalized attention to coordinate proper delivery.
What if my scones are damaged upon arrival? Or what do you about returns and refunds?
Just let us know and we will fix it! Since our scones are perishable, we don’t do returns. We will offer a refund or replace packages that arrive damaged. But, please take care of your scones. Don’t leave them out in the open to be damaged, swiped or looted.

Eating my scones…
How are my scones packaged for delivery?
For ultimate freshness, every scone in your order is individually packaged and labeled to include all ingredients and any applicable allergy information.
How long do my scones stay fresh? Do I have to eat them all the same day?
Don’t worry! We bake your scones the same day we ship. Your scones arrive fresh to your home or office. And they’ll taste good for a few days. If you don’t plan on eating them immediately, you can also refrigerate them for up three days. To extend their freshness for longer than a week, place them in a zip lock freezer bag and freeze them for up to six months. Simply thaw at room temperature or microwave for about 20-30 seconds. The same applies for the sconies- only microwave them for 10 seconds.
My scones seem to vary slightly in size and appearance. Is this normal?
Yes. This is an artisan product which means they are hand-scooped and baked. No machine spitting out dough here. Don’t worry – they all have the same great taste.
Can I enjoy my scones immediately?
Yes. You can heat them slightly in a microwave for 20-30 seconds or in a toaster oven at 350F for 3-5 minutes…or not, whatever makes you happy.
Does anybody really give scones as a gift?
Of course. After all, what do you get for the foodie, the person who has everything, your nephew that can’t cook or the I’m-so-busy-need-an-easy-breakfast person in your life? Feed them scones.
